Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags on and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Turkey, it may take longer than expected to ship your items.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if you notice any defect, damage or incorrect condition of your apparel product, please notify us immediately to help us evaluate and correct the situation.
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, such as perishable apparel (e.g., textiles), specialty items (personalized items or special orders) and items for personal use (e.g., underwear). Likewise, we cannot accept returns for apparel containing hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your product.

Sorry, we are unable to process returns on sale apparel or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 3 Day Waiting Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the products are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you to let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and submit the refund.
